DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to invite you to the next meeting of the Payments Working Group. The meeting will take place online on 12 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and will focus on the application of agentic payments in the e-commerce sector. \nThe preliminary agenda is as follows: \n\nAgentic payments in e-commerce: defining the phenomenon and discussing models for escalating the involvement of an AI agent in the purchasing process;\nArchitecture and operating models for agentic payments: the role of technology providers\, information exchange protocols and tokenisation capabilities;\nEU regulations and agentic payments: payment services\, artificial intelligence\, digital resilience and data protection;\nInitial market experience: pilots and production deployments in payment ecosystems in the EU and globally;\nThe future role of Polish fintechs: potential roles within the ecosystem\, commercial cooperation models\, and key development opportunities and risks.\n\nThe meeting will be led by Attorney-at-Law Kamil Prokopowicz from Osborne Clarke Olkiewicz Świerzewski i Wspólnicy S.K.A.
