DESCRIPTION:The modern work environment places increasingly high demands on teams and individuals – the pace\, accountability\, pressure to deliver results\, and constant availability mean that the line between engagement and burnout can be very thin.\n\nBurnout doesn’t appear suddenly. It’s a process that begins with what seems like innocent fatigue\, a drop in energy\, or a sense of losing control. The good news is that it can be recognized early enough and effectively prevented. \nThis webinar offers practical support for people working in demanding environments who want to perform effectively while also taking care of their mental resources and long-term balance. \n June 19\, 2026 09:00 – 11:00 ONLINE\n* The event will be conducted in Polish \nDuring the session\, participants will: \n\n\n\n\n\nlearn the fundamental mechanisms of burnout and how to\ndistinguish them from temporary fatigue\,\ndiscover how to recognize early warning signs of overload in themselves\,\nexplore several proven strategies for recovery and energy management\n(based on CBT and ACT\, among others)\,\ncreate their own personalized plan of first steps toward self-care\nand building psychological resilience.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe webinar is practical and safe in format – participants work individually\, without any pressure to share with the group. \nIt’s a space for reflection and acquiring concrete tools that can be implemented immediately in everyday self-work.\nWe meet for 2 hours online: 1.5 hours will be devoted to sharing information and individual exercises\, and 0.5 hours to questions and answers. \n*This webinar will be held in Polish \nThe registration form can be found below ↓\n\nPresenters: \nMagdalena Rutkowska\nPsychologist\, coach\, and mentor.
