DESCRIPTION:Business development is crucial from the perspective of building and developing the business. This is where you will find the threads of planning and strategy\, managing sales issues and acquiring new customers. Business development can be divided into three main categories: market development\, product development and business model development. Diving deeper into the topic\, one can still point here to expanding into new markets\, developing new products or services\, acquiring other companies and increasing marketing and sales efforts. \nIn line with the demands of the FinTech Poland community\, the Foundation will organize\, together with its partners\, a series of training sessions on: \n\npreparing to enter the market with a product/service\, in specific: understanding the market\, and competition; creating a business plan and financial model\, including an effective cost structure; a coherent strategy for commercializing a product or service; analyzing the possibility of scaling the business to foreign markets;\nestablishing investor relations with investment funds\, in particular: learning about different types of investment funds; creating an effective and attractive investor presentation;\nthe investment process: formal and practical issues related to obtaining funding from an investment fund\, including legal issues (discussion of a standard investor agreement).
