The event, held at the FinTech Poland Office in Warsaw , began with an opening by Paweł Widawski, CEO of FinTech Poland. The agenda featured keynote speeches from prominent guests: Grzegorz Rabsztyn, head of the representation in Poland of the EIB Group, representing the European Investment Bank , and Sebastian Straube from Orbotix.
Attendees explored the subject matter across two main panel discussions. The first panel, titled “Financing dual-use innovation: from idea to implementation”, examined the journey an innovative project must take—from its initial concept to practical deployment. Active participants in this discussion included industry and fund representatives such as Kamil Pluskwa – Dąbrowski from IS-Wireless , Joanna Lipner from Pikralida , Tomasz Matusiak from semiQa , Michał Lechowski representing the H2B fund , and Paweł Huras from Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A.
