The decision of the President of the Republic of Poland to veto the Crypto-Assets Market Act, as well as the Prime Minister’s declaration to resubmit the draft to Parliament, creates a unique situation for the digital assets market in Poland.
This is a moment that calls for a substantive and responsible dialogue, leading to the swift development of regulations that will establish modern, proportionate, and competitive legal frameworks for market participants, while ensuring investor protection.
FinTech Poland as a platform for dialogue
The FinTech Poland Foundation expresses its willingness and readiness to act as a neutral moderator and collaboration platform for all parties interested in the development of the crypto-assets market in Poland. Our objectives include:
- providing a space for dialogue among companies, institutions, public administration, academia, and experts,
- supporting the development of regulations aligned with the MiCA regulation and tailored to Polish conditions,
- co-creating solutions that foster the growth of innovative services and Polish providers operating under Polish jurisdiction.
Invitation to collaborate
We invite all market stakeholders — companies, law firms, public institutions, regulators, industry organisations, and technology and legal experts — to participate in an open dialogue process.
We believe that Poland can still become one of the leaders in modern, secure, and growth-oriented crypto-assets regulation in Europe.
If you want to help shape this process, we invite you to collaborate. Let’s meet on 17 December 2025.
